「樽焼酎」の原酒は少量で貴重な上、樽ごとに風味が違うのでブレンドして製品化するのが一般的ですが、「極上 堤」では原酒本来の味わいをそのまま堪能することができます。長い間樽で熟成された焼酎は琥珀色に染まり、芳醇な香りとコクの豊かな深い味わいになっております。
瓶にあるナンバーは貯蔵されていた樽のナンバーで、同樽の製品は数百本の限定になります。
樽ごとの色・香り・味わいも「樽焼酎」原酒の「個性」としてお楽しみいただけると思います。
樽によって磨かれた焼酎の本来の味わい、その神秘と奇跡を感じていただければ幸いです。

'Kokujo Tsutsumi' is a premium shochu made from a single barrel of aged undiluted shochu. Undiluted shochu is produced in small quantities, and each barrel has its own unique flavor, so blending with other barrels is common. However, 'Kokujo Tsutsumi' is never blended with other barrels, so you can enjoy its original taste. The shochu is aged for years in a wooden barrel, giving it an amber color, and the number printed on the bottle is the same serial number as the aged barrel. Each barrel has its own unique taste, color, and scent, allowing you to enjoy its distinctive character. We would appreciate it if you could experience the original mysterious and miraculous taste of shochu polished by barrels. *Due to the Liquor Tax Act, there are restrictions on the color (light absorption) of authentic shochu, so it is categorized as liqueur.

'고쿠죠 츠츠미'는 각각의 나무 숙성통에서 퍼낸 '통소주'의 원주를 그대로 병에 담아 만든 고급스러운 제품입니다. '통소주' 원주는 소량으로 제조되어 매우 적은 양만 생산되며, 통마다 풍미가 달라 블렌딩하는 것이 일반적입니다. 하지만 '고쿠죠 츠츠미'는 블렌딩하지 않아 원주 본래의 맛을 그대로 즐길 수 있습니다. 오랫동안 나무통에서 숙성된 소주는 호박색으로, 병에 있는 번호는 저장되어 있던 숙성통의 고유 번호입니다. 각 숙성통마다의 색, 향기, 맛도 '통소주 원주' 그 자체의 '개성'으로 즐길 수 있습니다. 나무통에 의해 다듬어진 소주의 본래 맛과 그 신비와 기적을 느껴보시길 바랍니다. *주세법상 본격 소주에는 색(흡광도) 규제가 있기 때문에 리큐르로 분류됩니다.
